Power Studio is hiring a DM Setting Manager to own DM-based lead engagement across our full client portfolio. This person will manage a small team of 1–5 DM setters working across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensure every automation (ManyChat, GoHighLevel) is firing correctly and routing leads as intended, and personally jump into overflow conversations and escalations when volume or difficulty requires it. This is a hands-on management role: you are responsible for the output of your team's conversations, not just the existence of a process.

You will report directly to Anthony Carter, Founder & Managing Director, and will be the single point of accountability for DM setting performance across every client program in the Power Studio portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Team Management
    • Directly manage and coach a team of 1–5 DM setters across all active client programs.
    • Set daily and weekly activity standards (response time, conversation volume, follow-up cadence) and hold setters accountable to them.
    • Review setter conversations regularly to coach tone, objection handling, and qualification quality — not just whether a script was followed.
    • Jump into DMs directly during overflow periods, high-value conversations, or when a setter needs an escalation handled.
    • Onboard new setters, including training on platform-specific etiquette (Facebook/Instagram vs. TikTok DM behavior) and on each client's voice and offer.
    Automation & Systems Oversight
    • Own and audit ManyChat automation flows across all client Instagram and Facebook accounts — ensuring sequences, keyword triggers, and tag logic are firing correctly.
    • Own and audit GoHighLevel (GHL) pipelines, workflows, and lead routing tied to DM conversations, ensuring leads move cleanly from DM to booked call to CRM.
    • Catch and fix automation breakage before it costs booked calls — flow errors, broken triggers, missed handoffs between bot and human setter.
    • Work with the media buying and content teams to ensure DM automations are aligned with whatever offer or campaign is currently live.
    Portfolio Coordination
    • Manage DM setting operations across all active Power Studio client programs simultaneously, prioritizing based on volume and revenue impact.
    • Maintain a working understanding of each client's offer, audience, and qualification criteria well enough to coach setters on it directly.
    • Report weekly on DM setting performance by client: conversation volume, response/show rates, booked-call conversion, and automation health.
    • Flag underperforming programs or setters early, with a clear read on whether the issue is the person, the script, or the automation.
    Performance & Conversion
    • Own the DM-to-booked-call conversion rate across the portfolio as your core performance metric.
    • Continuously test and refine setter scripts based on what is and isn't converting, in coordination with Anthony and relevant client leads.
    • Ensure setter scripts and qualification language stay compliant with platform policies and, where relevant, FTC guidance for coaching/info-product offers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience as a DM setter — not adjacent roles, actual DM setting.
  • Prior experience managing or leading a team of DM setters, including coaching and performance accountability.
  • Strong working knowledge of DM setting specifically for coaches, course creators, or info-product businesses — you understand how these audiences think and buy.
  • Working proficiency in ManyChat automation building and troubleshooting.
  • Working proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL), including pipelines, workflows, and lead tracking.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and offers at once without losing quality control on any one of them.
  • Sharp instincts for conversation quality — can tell the difference between a setter who's "following the script" and one who's actually building rapport and qualifying well.
  • Self-directed and comfortable with a remote, fast-moving, founder-led environment.
  • Experience setting or managing setters specifically for high-ticket coaching or bootcamp-style offers ($5K+ programs).
  • Familiarity with TikTok-specific DM/creator inbox management, which behaves differently than Meta platforms.
  • Experience building setter compensation or incentive structures.

Directly protects and grows the top of the sales funnel across every client Power Studio manages. Booked calls are the single input every closer, every revenue-share agreement, and every client relationship depends on — when DM setting breaks down or automations misfire, that impact shows up immediately in show rates, cash collected, and client trust. By owning this function across the full portfolio rather than client-by-client, the DM Setting Manager creates consistency and accountability where it previously didn't exist, directly increasing the volume and quality of booked calls feeding the entire sales organization.

Compensation & Structure

  • Monthly base salary: [BASE RANGE — TBD].
  • Bonuses paid at defined portfolio-wide booked-call volume milestones — bonus scales as total booked calls generated through DM across all clients increase, not per individual client.
