The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Power Studio plays a critical role in driving revenue across our portfolio of high-ticket offers. This position is responsible for engaging and qualifying inbound leads, identifying strong-fit prospects, and generating qualified appointments for the closing team.
As the first point of contact, the SDR sets the tone for the entire sales experience. This role requires strong communication skills, disciplined execution, and the ability to operate in a performance-driven environment where outcomes matter.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead Engagement
Initiate contact with inbound leads through phone calls, text, email, and direct messaging to assess interest, readiness, and qualification for Power Studio–backed offers.
Appointment Scheduling
Book and manage qualified appointments for Account Executives and Closers, ensuring prospects are properly informed and prepared for the next stage of the sales process.
Discovery & QualificationAsk targeted questions to understand a prospect’s goals, constraints, and decision-making process, and determine alignment with high-ticket solutions.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate, timely records of all lead interactions in GoHighLevel (GHL), ensuring clear visibility, clean pipeline data, and smooth handoffs between teams.
Performance Tracking
Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators, including daily outreach activity, response time, show rate, and appointment-setting conversion.
Skills & Qualifications
Clear Communicator
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport, ask direct questions, and guide conversations with confidence.
Execution-Oriented
Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of handling a high volume of outreach while maintaining quality and professionalism.
Detail-Focused
Highly organized with strong attention to follow-up, CRM accuracy, and adherence to sales processes.
Technically Competent
Proficiency with CRM systems is required; experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) is mandatory
Adaptable
Comfortable adjusting messaging and approach based on feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs.
