The Sales Director at Power Studio owns sales strategy, revenue scalability, and leadership performance across the entire sales organization. This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling the systems, processes, and leadership required to drive consistent, predictable revenue across a portfolio of high-ticket offers.


As a senior revenue leader, the Sales Director works closely with executive leadership to translate growth targets into executable sales strategy. This role manages Sales Managers, oversees performance across SDR and AE teams, and ensures the organization operates with clarity, accountability, and operational excellence.


This is a high-impact role designed for experienced sales leaders who think in systems, lead through managers, and take full ownership of revenue outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Ownership


  • Own overall sales revenue performance across all offers, funnels, and sales teams.
  • Translate company growth targets into clear sales strategy, capacity planning, and execution plans.
  • Set quarterly and annual revenue targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.

Sales Leadership & Management


  • Lead and develop Sales Managers, ensuring strong leadership, accountability, and execution at the team level.
  • Establish clear performance standards, coaching frameworks, and reporting cadences across the sales org.
  • Hold managers accountable for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue delivery.

Systems, Process & Scalability


  • Design and continuously optimize end-to-end sales systems, from lead qualification through close.
  • Standardize sales frameworks, qualification criteria, call structure, and handoff processes across the portfolio.
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks that limit scale, efficiency, or predictability.

Forecasting, Analytics & Reporting


  • Own sales forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility across the organization.
  • Analyze conversion metrics, cycle times, deal sizes, and team performance to drive strategic decisions.
  • Provide clear, data-driven reporting to executive leadership on revenue health and risks.

Cross-Functional Alignment


  • Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership to align lead flow, offer positioning, pricing, and capacity.
  • Provide strategic feedback on market response, objections, and competitive positioning to inform offer evolution.

Skills & Qualifications

Senior Sales Leader

  • Proven experience leading and scaling high-ticket sales organizations ($5,000–$50,000+ offers).
  • Demonstrated success managing managers and building predictable revenue systems.

Strategic & Analytical Thinker

  • Strong ability to think in systems, diagnose performance constraints, and design scalable solutions.
  • Highly data-driven with deep understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and revenue modeling.

Strong Executive Communicator

  • Confident communicator capable of influencing leadership, aligning teams, and setting clear direction.
  • Able to balance high-level strategy with practical execution oversight.

Accountability-Driven

  • Takes full ownership of revenue outcomes and holds leaders accountable to performance standards.
  • Thrives in high-autonomy, performance-based environments.

Technically Proficient

  • Advanced CRM experience required; GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is mandatory.
